Matthew Wilson helped me immensely and redeemed the reputation of this particular FedEx store. He went above and beyond patiently assisting me. All printers for the STAFF were not working and had not been for days. Matthew helped me on a project on the self-serve machine and I was extremely grateful due to time element. Overall, this store is notorious for staff being impatient, unhelpful and directing customers to do it themselves in all areas of service. The customer service was excellent. Efficient, friendly, and considering it was a snow day, they still seemed happy to be at work! I was greeted with a smile and a very nice goodbye as I left. It's always refreshing to have genuine interactions like this these days when everyone is rushing and busy--I can understand the stress staff can be under and yet they still smile and treat each customer with respect and kindness.
