On Tuesday 05/29, I used your self printer, which I use once a week,and I had to pre-authize my debit car for $5.00. I think this is a new procedure at your business. I only printed two color sheets and got a charge on my receipt for $1.60. My bank account still shows a $5.00 charge for the initial pre-authorization. I stopped at the FedEx location on 13303 Katella Ave, Ca, and I very nice employee at this location informed that the overcharge will be credited in three more days. I am not sure if I want to come back again. Even if it is a small amount transaction, I just don't think is the best way to do business. Thank you.

I was dreading going in but instead received amazing service. I got greeted as soon as we entered. She was helping another customer (who left extremely happy thank her nonstop too). She quickly explained the process if printing job I needed done. Everything was done with smile and ease. Few minutes our task was complete. I needed a simple card printed to be included with party invitations. The employee took a long time to enter all the specifics about the order. He quoted me over $50 for the order, I needed 20 index card size He explained it was the cost of the paper and cutting that cost the most. I asked if he could help lower the cost because it seemed high for what I was planning. I was told I needed to order online, that going in person costs more money. Okay? I decided that I would order a cheaper paper and do the cutting myself. The next day, I received a missed call from Fed Ex. No message was left. I assumed my order was ready. I drove to the store, my order was not ready. It appeared there were several employees, no one was welcoming or appeared ready to help. Finally, an employee was directed to help me. They couldn’t find the order. Overall, employees not helpful, order was not completed, and it was expensive. I will look elsewhere for my printing needs.
