Things that make me irrationally angry: @PGE4Me is doing power cuts to reduce liability. You can only be notified of them if you (you!) are the account holder. If the bill isn't literally in your name, they won't tell you. Nationalize these *****.

Quite amazing that the @PGE4Me site hasn't loaded for me in many hours... the few times I actually connect I then receive an invalid cert/security error in the browser. Amateur hour...Shut down this abomination. Their PR bot accounts won't stop spamming though.
